All Gardenheir orders ship from New York via UPS or USPS in most cases*. Due to the ongoing global rise in shipping costs, we have created a flat rate structure to calculate shipping cost depending on location. At present it is:
$10-12 flat rate shipping for most orders $16-18 flat rate shipping for heavy/oversized orders $24-50 max flat rate shipping for the heaviest/bulkiest orders
We promise that we are not profiting on shipping costs and we hope this feels fair to everyone, while keeping things relatively simple to understand.

*Shipments going to PO Boxes, which are often more expensive to ship, may be shipped with a USPS shipping method that may add a few extra days to your delivery. Please make sure that your mailing address is clearly marked as a PO BOX address in these cases.
Ordering & Processing Time
Generally, orders will be processed 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization. During high season and promotional periods, delivery might take a little longer.
Please double check the shipping address during checkout, especially as many browsers auto-populate addresses. Shipments eceived back to Gardenheir as RETURN TO SENDER - as a result of incorrect addresses provided at order confirmation will unfortunatly require an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-5 days, depending on your location. As a reference, once shipped, most orders to NY typically arrive in 1-2 business days, and most orders to CA arrive in 4-6 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Gardenheir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any UPS and USPS delays that are outside of our control.
International Shipping/Duties & Taxes/Returns
All International Gardenheir orders ship from New York for a flat rate of $35 to Canada and Mexico and $50 to the rest of the world, in most cases. If actual shipping cost are much higher, unfortunately we may have to cancel the order but will email you with options for additional shipping costs if you prefer. Based on your location we will select the best international carrier and advise tracking once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times will naturally vary based on your location so and if you are wanting a precise delivery estimate, please reach out to us via email info@gardenheir.com and we will advise expected delivery times for your order.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Unfortunately, we are not equipped to issue pre-paid return labels for international orders. Please send back your return using the shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to include your contact and order information, including tracking number.
Changes To Your Order
Please note, once your order is placed it is sent directly to our fulfillment team therefore changes cannot be made to your order, ship date, or shipping address.
Sales Tax
New York sales tax of 8.875% is added to all orders within the state of New York.
Domestic Returns
Full price items purchased on gardenheir.com that are postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date are eligible for return. Please contact us at info@gardenheir.com with your name, order number, and the item you'd like to return and we'll get back to you within a couple business days (usually faster). Once we hear from you, as a convenience, we will email you a prepared return label that you can print and we will deduct its actual shipping cost from your refund when processed. You are welcome to ship using your own shipping accounts if you prefer.
Gardenheir is not responsible for returns that are not received.
Please note, not all returns will be eligible based on the following information.
Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: All discounted/sale merchandise, socks, vintage, antique and apothecary goods. Additionally, any items that have evidence of being worn, washed or otherwise used are ineligible.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. Please note that items will unfortunately be refused if there are signs of use, washing, pet hair, or makeup. Footwear returns are limited to unworn items and must include the original packaging.

Exchanges
Gardenheir is unable to offer online exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired items, and returning eligible items for a refund where eligible.
Promotions
Full price items purchased with a promotional discount online that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Sale items are always final sale. Please note, items that are purchased at full price that are marked down or offered at a promotional price after the original purchase cannot be price matched.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Product
If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact emailinfo@gardenheir.com and have your order number ready and we're happy to assist you.
Refund Process
When a return can be facilitated within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Depending on your credit card provider, you credit may not appear on your monthly credit card statement until the following billing cycle. For returns made more than 14 days after a purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit. Most returns will process in approximately one to two weeks, depending on your method of return.
